@Amanda Connell thank you 💛
💜 Happy Easter 🐣
Today we're celebrating with egg decorating and playing in the garden! I've opted out of cooking a big meal and having family over this year. I want things to be easy, less chaotic, and stressful. This feels good. Aligned. How about you? What do you do for Easter? Is it a joyous time for you, challenging time, or something in between? No matter where you land, I see you. xo, Amanda

🪞 UnShaming Reflection
There's a question most of us ask ourselves so often we don't even hear it anymore. "What's wrong with me?" It shows up when we're struggling, experiencing big feelings, when we make a mistake, when we can't seem to do the thing everyone else seems to handle just fine. It feels like our own voice. But it's not. It's a voice we internalized. 🌟 This week's practice: Pay attention to how many times the question "What's wrong with me?" runs through your mind this week. When you catch it, pause. Don't judge it. Just notice. Then take a few notes: - What was I doing? - What emotion came up? - What was happening in my body? - What thoughts came after "What's wrong with me?" Share below! xo, Amanda

This really landed for me. I don’t always say “what’s wrong with me” out loud, but I notice it shows up in more subtle ways, especially when things don’t go to plan or I feel like I should be handling something better. What stood out reading this is how automatic it is. It feels like a default setting rather than a conscious thought. I’m going to try this practice, particularly noticing what’s happening in my body in those moments. I have a feeling that’s where a lot of the truth sits before the mind jumps in with its story. Thank you for sharing this. Such a simple shift, but I can see how powerful it could be.💚
COMING SOON! 🔥 Going Deeper Into Shame Premium Course
Hello Lovelies! I'm excited to give you a sneak peak into something I've been building behind the scenes for a while now. 🤗 It's called Going Deeper Into Shame (And Your First Experience of UnShaming) and it will be the first course inside the Premium tier. If the mini course helped you understand shame, this is where it gets real. This is where you start catching it in the moment. Where you trace it back to where it came from. And where you feel, maybe for the first time, what it is like to be witnessed without someone trying to fix you. The Premium tier is open now at the Founding Members price of $9/month. This price won't last forever, and the women who join now get access to everything WE build in this tier as it comes to life. I cannot wait to share more with you soon. xo, Amanda

Early Riser or Night Owl?
It wasn't until I had my daughter that I became a morning person out of necessity. 🤪 My kid was an early riser like 4:00am - 5:00am for many years. Growing up as a teenager and into my adulthood, I was much more a night owl. I loved staying up late with friends and then once I started working as a server/bartender, I was there until 4:00am some nights. Not to mention my party days! 🫣 Now, I'm up every morning at 6:00am to start to my day and I actually love the early mornings. I like to sleep in on the weekends until 8:00am sometimes but I really feel like I'm missing so much of my day. How about you? xo, Amanda

I’m an early morning person @Amanda Connell - usually around 6 AM. I have a tight morning routine that helps me set up for the day; including exercise, meditation, journaling and walking my dog. (I usually get 5,000* steps in the morning & evening - at the end of the day) It’s a habit now. I’ve only been doing this for the past few years.
