Hey Everyone! I'm a little stuck. I need some guidance. Here's the problem: I run an AI automations business and I sell to VCs and private equity firms. i have sent 20,800 cold emails since September 23, 2025 till 1st april 2026. I have gotten 86 people who have responded positively and I have conducted only 15 zoom calls. I signed up a few free trial customers but no money so far. on the other hand, i sent a similar offer to realtors. i sent 5000 cold emails, got 50 positive replies. conducted 26 meetings. even earned 150 usd that too in just 2 months. but could not sell any AI automations because there was no need. Should I change the industry? Here's some more context: With the realtors, i was asking for a zoom call as a CTA in the cold email and the conversion was good. When i asked VCs and PE firms to hop on a call the conversion was very bad. When i changed the CTA to can I send you a loom, the numbers improved drastically. but after watching the Loom they are not responding/booking a call. One more thing i have in mind. tell me if i am wrong. i have recorded the loom video in an indian english accent. do you think they are ghosting me because of that? or am i overthinking? What should I do?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the school and would like to know if I have to use the hosting companies recommended. I'm from South Africa and already have my two domains registered and hosted with a local service provider. I would love to get started with the course, but need an answer to this. With the US$/ZAR exchange rate, the recommended hosting in $--terms is fairly expensive compared to what I currently pay in SA Rand.
