Measure Your Vertical Jump Step-by-Step 🏀
If you don’t know your starting point, you can’t track improvement. Here’s a simple, no-equipment method: What You Need: - A wall - Chalk or tape - Measuring tape Steps: 1. Stand with your side to the wall, feet flat on the floor. 2. Raise your dominant arm and mark your standing reach on the wall. 3. Jump as high as possible, touching the wall at the top of your jump. 4. Mark this jump height. 5. Subtract your standing reach from jump height = vertical jump. Challenge: - Post your number in the comments. - Re-test every 2 weeks — track your improvement. 💡 Tip: Keep feet shoulder-width, swing arms for momentum, land softly to avoid injury.
