You guessed it, the audio didn't pick up. *15 minutes of me discussing my 6 months of research *My total rebrand and why *The self-imposed challenge that I shoved out the window today, and well, I'll be writing about it over in Substack if you want the details. Good How and Why content for the newsletter, and especially good for the educational Content I'll be putting in the upgraded portion of my community. I guess the video just wasn't meant to be, or are the platform's gods already messing with the tech because I canceled? P.S. Oh, the website is down, I DELETED IT. It isn't a tech issue.

Stories and Being More Human than Human
If you’re still trying to win the "Strategy War," I have some news that’s going to go down like a cheap buffet in a desert heatwave: Information is officially dead. Think about it. In 1995, if you knew how to build a sales funnel, you were a wizard. People would pay you thousands just to see the curtain. Today? My dog, Aalya, could probably prompt an AI to write a 12-step marketing plan while waiting for a treat. The "Strategist" from the start of my coaching days, is the person who sells the "how-to" information is being commoditized into extinction. Every time you post a "3 Steps to X" tutorial, you’re competing with a trillion data points that are faster and cheaper than you. Sad to me, because when I first heard Dan Kennedy, my mentor, mention the information marketing world, my brain went on a frenzied dopamine ride for years. The Eye-Opener: People don’t pay for information anymore; they pay for transformation. Dang, I hate writing that overused line from the coaching world, but it gets the point across! Anyway, Information is "Here is how a wrench works." Transformation is "Here is why I dropped the wrench on my foot, cried for twenty minutes, and then realized the entire plumbing system was actually upside down." One is a manual. How a Wrench Works. The other is a Story. In a world of robots and AI, the person who tells the most human story wins. Strategy tells them what to do. Stories tell them why you’re the only one they should do it with. I'm very focused on telling stories, but the how-to information marketing guy sneaks into my brain all too often. *** Share, if you dare, a story about how you help people/your audience without it being a description of the "How-To" portion and more of the human-side of things.*** 2026 is the year when real and fake goes to a new level. Being You and not hiding behind AI will be more attractive each month that passes.

Why My or Your $97 Product or subscription is Actually a "Stability Calculator" in Disguise. The Stability Calculator is about how to build a Stable Business model/pricing that supports me in the Encore Part of my life? Yes, I'm actually creating a simple quiz/calculator for you. Let’s talk about the math of "The Coaching Compass." The "Coaching Compass" is my framework for helping creators find clarity on their offers and pricing. Most people launch a subscription or a course and think, "I just need 10,000 people to pay me $10!" That’s a great way to end up with 10,000 problems and a very small paycheck, because getting 10,000 buyers/subscribers costs more money and time than most are willing to spend, and much more than the "goof-rus" are willing to admit. If you're new(ish) here, I tend to say goof-rus, not gurus. I'm not a fan of the typical guru. The secret to a "Coaching Compass" that doesn't lead you off a cliff is Anchor Pricing. Look at the gap between a $97 monthly offer and a $477 annual offer. That's almost a 60% savings on the annual offer. BTW, that's what the premium plan is for this group. To the "rational" brain, that’s a weird gap. To the human brain, it’s a giant neon sign saying, "Just stay for the year, it’s safer here." (Invest a little less than 5 months and get 7 months free) We aren't just selling "access." We are developing and selling a "Stability Calculator" for your own use. We’re showing you how to move away from the "Tuesday Launch" panic—where you hope and pray people buy your new widget—and toward a system where the income is predictable. The Lesson: If your pricing doesn't feel like a "settle in and stay a while" invitation, you aren't building a business. You’re building a treadmill. And I don’t know about you, but at this stage of my life, I only want to be on a treadmill if there’s a TV and a fan involved. Blessings,
