Lifting in season vs off season
What are you all’s thoughts on number of lifts per week? I’ve been doing three lifts a week focusing on strength speed/explosiveness throughout the year. But I’m starting to think that maybe I should cut down to 2 a week when I’m racing. Let me know

I am in lane 2 in pink. Ran my season best today but I know I have more in me! Video in slow motion Splits: 4.37 30m, 7.37 60m (4.36+3.0), 4.39 40m My 10m fly PR is roughly 1.01-1.07

@Brett Morse glad to hear that! I think I’m going to work more on acceleration power production this upcoming weeks. I think that is the weak point right now
