I absolutely love how the way that this course has been created, which has meant that we have no choice but to be kind, supportive and encouraging of one another while building a supportive community. Mine keeps telling me to focus on myself... yet it seems I've been doing that too much for the last 3 years... so switching my focus seemed like the thing to do. But I was wrong, of course... and yesterday proved it. So... what is Life telling you to do today? Or what does it keep reminding you to do?

Be gentle with yourself" means to treat yourself kindly, with patience, compassion, and understanding, especially during challenging times or when facing difficulties. When you're overwhelmed, drained, and sometimes not feeling like showing up for the day due to personal issues, starting the day with prayer grounds me. It helps me embrace self-care, self-compassion, self-awareness, and forgiveness towards my own mistakes or limitations. How do you practice being gentle with yourself, especially when not feeling like showing up?

Great question. I have so many its hard to pin it down to one. But lately what has rung true for me. Is to : Live life on your terms, dance to the beat of your drum, live authentically and be who came here to be, fearlessly and regardless of what anyone else is doing or telling you to or be. Life is too short to pretend, or live in anyones shadow. At the end of peoples lives one of the biggest regrets they have are for the things they didn't do.

Hey Ed, thankyou so much for this. I have a question for you: How do you get over 'Not wanting to put yourself out there'. Its really strange, I have no problem in sales, even cold calling, but....promoting my own stuff, ....huge blocks there....Im trying to figure out why and how to overcome this. , thankyou❤️
Awesome so I finished the first module of videos and unlocked the pre transformation level 2 section!! Can't wait to complete this section and move on to the level 3 portion of the certification. Feeling great and super excited to see what is in store with these next set of training videos.🤩
