What service or platform does everyone go through to get a business number? I thought about getting a different phone with a different number but is your something that’s reliable where I can run another number through my existing phone. I know they have apps and different things like that but I’m curious what everyone uses.

the modules have been great! I have a question. How do you come up with the pricing you put in your jobber for fast estimates? As someone who is new do I call a bunch of subs

small town company
I'm curious if anyone else here is running their business in a small town and how profitable it's been for you. Just trying to construct a vision for my future and see how much of this business I want to have a stake in it.

Easier to get undercut by chuck in a truck but also a lot easier to dominate the market once you build brand identity.

I’ve been reaching out to GCs for subcontracting work, but most turn me down because I don’t have my own crew — I currently sub out the work. What’s the best way to handle this or start building a reliable crew?

@April Smalls we have done that in the past. If you do decide to do that I would make sure you’re dressed nicely. I will typically reach out to the firm or company and ask if I can get some time to meet with whoever is charge of their vendor lists. At the end of the day that’s the person who gives our name out. The realtors usually just refer back to the vendor list. That is just our experience
