The biggest mistake i see people making in weight loss
Is that they want to change everything at once. They start to workout + buy a diet plan or at least tries to do healthy meals- even if they don’t like it + they start to build more and more habits. Then it become overwhelming, become too much and then one of the things got skipped maybe because lack of time, or just forget it, then motivation fades, the negative spiral starts, they feel it as a failure, then instead of step back a little, reflect back what’s not sustainable they start to force themselves even more… Which leads to burn out, and burn out leads to quit. They goes back their old habits, and then the cycle starts over. Again and again and again for an eternity- and they feel like it’s their fate. Or at least when I was in kind of that cycle I felt that 😂 What is your thoughts about it? Do you experienced one of those things in your life?

@Phillip Greenwood It’s not exactly true because too much weight could harm your health, and it can cause so many problems so i wouldn’t say “ whatever weight” but i agree with the other parts should not be stressful, and yeah it shouldn’t be influenced by others.

Sometimes i’m using the Cat in desktop, you know when you write in the search bar “let there be cat” and then click on the cat you can choose some type of music lol.

It depends if i have to do something and i don’t have to think, just do it, like a copy paste in google sheets or something or it’s not that “creative” work then yeah, i like music because it helps to do those boring tasks. But if i have to think then it’s distracting.
What’s the worst advice you’ve ever gotten about weight loss?
I think when somebody said “just eat less” is actually a bad advice. It shows that they is actually don’t know nothing about calorie density, and yet they want to look smart. When i hear someone says this to another, it makes me feel a little bit angry sometimes. Because - you can eat less food, yet more calories. - and you can eat more food, yet less calories. What is your thoughts about this?

@Stephanie Noble I see, so carnivore diet helps him to be in calorie deficit while for you the vegan diet does the same?

@Stephanie Noble Okay well, then please tell him that the muscle and the fat is completely different tissue, there is no such thing as one tissue turning to another one. 😅 If you starts to train, and strengthening your already existing muscles those muscles will grow- that’s the hypertrophy. When you are in a calorie deficit, which means you consume less energy than your body burns, your body will starts to burn the stored fat. If you are in a calorie surplus then your body will storage that plus energy as fat. But these are completely different tissues, there is no transforming at all… + the carnivore wont give you more muscles. + carnivore is actually unhealthy in long term I didn’t use to tell people this, because most of the people who does some extreme diet are doing it because of their beliefs and not because of the facts. But I hope that your husband will understand those things. At least the tissue stuff.

What is the maximum amount of days you can eat the same meal...could u have Stew 3 days in a row, Steak everyday, Pasta 4 days in a row....THE SAME DISH not a different dish???? We had Chicken Tikka then other day, and tonight and tomorrow...not leftovers made fresh...I'm gonna be TIKKA'ed out by this weekend..... And so much Naan bread..omg...ah but there is more...Bombay Potatoes yummy
