Happy Monday, ladies and gentleman!! When I come to work, often times it is easy to feel riddled with problems. I'm 12 minutes late, I've got 5 things to do in parallel, oh, and there's Sally, who always talks too much in meetings! Not to mention that it is too cold outside, the wind almost knocked me over this morning, and I'm dreading this meeting coming up. I used to view work like this. And ohhhh it was so draining. As I worked more and more with @Mark Matthews, he introduced me to an outstanding philosphy. Love. Your. Problems. Most people's biggest problem is that they think they shouldn't have any! At first, I said huh? Love my problems? Love that I have to print 100 labels and attend a meeting that's gonna drag on? However, the more and more I thought about it, I began to realize that problems are a gift. In fact, they are the gift that keeps on giving! Problems are inevitable in life. And I love them. Because problems are what give us the opportunity to grow. The fact that I've gotta do 5 things in parallel is what gives me the opportunity learn to become an incredibly effective leader! The fact that I've gotta have meetings that I don't completely enjoy is an excellent opportunity to learn to collaborate with any and all folks. This week, I'm loving work. I'm loving the opportunity to show up, contribute to the mission of spreading sustainable technology to AI datacenters, and having a fantastic Monday. How are you doing? Comment down below. - Govind
