📧 Is Your Email Signature Trying to Do Too Much?
One of the biggest mistakes I see is email signatures with too many links. 🌐 Website 📘 Facebook 💼 LinkedIn 📷 Instagram ▶️ YouTube 📅 Calendar 📝 Blog When you give people seven options, you're often giving them no clear next step. Instead, ask yourself: What's the ONE thing you want this person to do after reading your email? The answer may be different depending on who you're emailing. For example... 🤝 Agency Clients My email signature includes a Book an Appointment button so clients can quickly schedule time with me. 🔗 Warm Leads These are people who are already interested in what I do, so I send them to my affiliate Link in Bio. From there, they can discover the tools I recommend, join communities, and explore my affiliate offers—all from one place. 👥 Prospects & Networking Contacts I send them to my Bio Builders About Page, where they can learn more about me, discover the community, and decide if they'd like to join. Different audience. Different goal. Different call to action. The key is that each email signature has one clear destination. ☕ Monday Challenge Take a look at your email signature today. Does it match the audience you're emailing? Or are you trying to send everyone everywhere? 👇 If you could get every person who reads your emails to do just one thing, what would it be?

Interesting point of view, I have never thought about custom email signatures for different audiences, only one static one.... time I think that over!
📱 When Did You Last Scan a QR Code?
Be honest... What was the last QR code you scanned? - A restaurant menu? - A digital business card? - A product package? - An event flyer? - A Skool community? - Something else? QR codes have quietly become part of everyday life, but I'm curious how people are actually using them. Drop your answer below 👇 What was the last QR code you scanned, and where did you find it? Bonus points if it was for a Skool community. 😎

📣Hello
🎶 Which Contact in Your Phone Deserves Their Own Theme Song?
A little random, but I’m curious... Do you assign custom ringtones to people in your phone? My daughter and I are both huge Van Halen fans, so recently we picked "Eruption" as her ringtone. 🤘 Now whenever she calls, I know it's her before I even look at the screen. Plus, hearing Eddie Van Halen shred🎸 for a few seconds never gets old. It's one of those small things that makes me smile every time my phone rings. Even when it sounds off when I am hosting a meeting 😂 So what's your custom ringtone story? 📱 Who has one? 🎵 What song or sound did you choose? 😆 Any funny or meaningful reasons behind it? Drop it below—I can't be the only one still doing this! 👇

Split in 2... Personal Line has ringtones for family and key people I want to know instantly without looking, the majority is my default Bond one. Business line is just one tone so I know it is a business call. They also have different vibrate patterns as I often have the phone set to silent as I am terrible for muting it before joining a meeting 😅

👀 HD Logo QR Codes Are Coming
This one is for @Thomas Wintering and @Nick Nebelsky . A couple weeks back Nick had the idea for printing QR codes on promo merchandise. He even mocked up a mug and t-shirt. While the images were cool, I was a bit concerned due to the resolution of the QR codes. My QR codes were built for close range digital scans, not coffee mugs. Well, it's two weeks later, and Hi res QR codes are coming! Thomas asked me if I could modify his icon with a red background. That was easy enough with my GPT. Then I used his new icon and uploaded it to my Beta QR tool. To see the result, click on the Red QR code. At 96 dpi, this will print approximmately 11" square. I know what you are thinking, I don't want coffee mugs, how can I use this? For starters, you will be able to make this QR stand out on flyers and posters. To see what I am talking about, open this QR on your desktop and move a few feet away. It scans and open in my Skool App. Thanks Nick for the inspiration, and Thomas for some color energy!

Make QR Code Scanning Faster on Your iPhone 📱
Quick tip that makes scanning QR codes way easier. In the video below, I show you how to add the built-in QR Code Scanner to your iPhone’s Control Center so you can open it instantly with a swipe. No more opening the camera app and waiting for it to detect the code. Once you add it, you can scan things like: • Digital business cards • Link-in-bio pages • Event check-ins • Restaurant menus • Websites and signups It only takes about 20 seconds to set up, and once it’s there, you’ll probably use it all the time. Watch the video below to see how to add it. After you try it, comment “Added” so others know it works 👍
