🎯 Setting your intention is the first step to communicating with clarity and confidence.
Before you speak, take a moment to ask yourself: "What is my intention for this conversation?" Then finish this sentence: I communicate best when... I'm looking forward to reading your responses. 👇

I communicate best when I am not overthinking it...
Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸
Wishing everyone a day filled with gratitude, laughter, and the people who matter most. May we all be blessed with good health, abundance, love, and the courage to let go of what no longer serves us. Here's to new beginnings, meaningful freedom, and good riddance to anything holding us back. Happy Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙

🎯 Active Listening LIVE Demo: Improve Your Interviews, Sales Calls, & Relationships
Most people think they need better answers. They don't. They need better questions. And they need to learn how to listen. I recently recorded a live Active Listening Role Play with our brave community member, @Jennifer Carroll Bulgin What surprised me wasn't the technique. It was how quickly assumptions disappeared when we slowed down and listened. In interviews, sales calls, presentations, and relationships, people often stop listening and start reacting. That's when misunderstandings happen. That's when opportunities are missed. That's when trust breaks down. Watch the recording and ask yourself: What conversation in your life would improve if you listened 20% better? If you'd like personalized feedback on your communication style, I'm opening a few spots for 1:1 Communication Performance Audits. For the next 3 days only, community members can book a private coaching session for 30% off. 💰 Regular Price: $97/hour 💰 Community Price: $67/hour Book here: https://www.skool.com/make-it-with-alice-7766/plans or DM Together, we'll review: ✅ Interviews ✅ Sales calls ✅ Presentations ✅ Difficult conversations ✅ Active listening skills We'll also do live role plays to uncover communication blind spots and help position you for greater success. Sometimes one conversation can change a relationship, close a deal, land a job, or open a door you didn't know existed. If you're ready to improve the way you communicate, send me a DM with the word AUDIT. ⏳ Discount expires in 3 days.

What a powerful session!
The Art of Witnessing Another Human Being
Most people think communication is about talking. It's not. It's about listening. Active listening isn't just how we exchange information, ideas, and knowledge. It's how we exchange understanding. When you become curious about another person's lived experience—without judgment, without needing to agree—you create something rare: Trust. And trust is the foundation of transformation. Whether you're on a sales call, in a job interview, leading a team, coaching a client, or having a difficult conversation with someone you love, the ability to witness another person matters. Not fix them. Not persuade them. Not win. Witness them. Because everyone's perspective is a piece of the puzzle. And when people feel seen, heard, and understood, they open up. The conversation shifts from a transaction to a connection. Maybe this sounds a little spiritual, but I believe active listening operates on a deeper level than communication alone. It creates an energetic bridge between people. It expands perspective. It creates shared meaning. And in a world where everyone wants to be heard, the person who knows how to listen has a superpower. Would you like me to do a role-play video demonstrating active listening in action? Comment below👇 It can help with sales calls, interviews, networking, leadership conversations, and relationships. @Jake Spencer @Jennifer Carroll Bulgin @Karl Bro @Grace Stephanie Kplohi @Paul Kolesnik @Stefan Mihajlov
