Help! Awesome awesome Amazon ad BUT interior a problem
Hi there. The inside of the book showed color and a different size. I love the ad. Love it. But it needs to show my book which is black and white. My understanding is that Sonder doesn't generate Amazon ads using our b-roll. What are my options here? I just don't want buyers to think they are getting a big colorful book when they are getting a different style. Thoughts? Thanks! @Lexi Kaz @Michael Langdon

Different creator than one selected
Hey there. Did UGC ad. Asked for a specific change to my creator. Liked her and went to save her, name her, etc. And then I ended up with the original creator I didn't want. Help! Thx! P.S. Also learned using something like Ha! def doesn't work right withthese ads. Would be cool if it did.

@Michael Langdon @Lexi Kaz Oh man, I really wanted this one. So I know you thought it was fixed... and maybe it is for future folks... but since you indicated it was... I took the saved creator (glasses and wavy hair - shown as such in my saved creators) and generated slightly different script and ended back with original creator. Would appreciate 1.5 credits again to get it right.

UGC Ads
One I mostly love. It got me a sale the day it went live. The other is simply bad. For both, it still would have made a massive difference to be able to view and update the script before generating the final. Why can we edit the script for other videos but not these? Is that something y'all would be willing to change and allow us to update?

@Lexi Kaz Hi Lexi. Specifically, you can edit the script before running UGC Amazon videos? I haven't seen the option and have done it twice. Maybe I'm just missing it?

Multiple Accounts for Different Books?
I've got two businesses that are totally different. Can I set up two feeds to separate social accounts to promote two totally different book types?

Not sure what happened? Previous video finishing before this one...
Hi. Few things. I accidentally hit write a new script and couldn't stop it because it automatically went to rewrite instead of confirming. Would have been great to be able to walk that one back rather than seeing it regenerate. But that's ok. Just a preference. Fortunately I saved the original and went back to it. Most important, I'm trying to figure out why it's saying that it needs to regenerate one then will generate the one I chose after. Is it actually building two when it should be building one? Or maybe I hit something i didn't realize? Wanted to share the experience in case helpful. When you look into this will you see what happened credit wise? I did generate a slideshow a few hours before generating this one Amazon UGC ad. And finally, are there options for different formats for the Amazon UGC ad? I wanted to see about generating one I could use vertically. Thx!
