@Chris Schaedel I really respect that approach. Protecting the tone, pace, and attention of a space like this feels essential, especially when the work is about presence. Slow, organic, relational growth actually makes a lot of sense here it filters for people who truly resonate rather than those just passing through. A small space that’s alive is far more powerful than a large one that’s noisy. I appreciate you being clear about that intention. It makes it easier to show up honestly and engage without performance. I’m glad to be here and observe how the space unfolds.
