Everything u need is legit on google iwl like e.g hypothetically most people like that can use something called OSINT aka js browsing any and all public information looking for corelatin/matchin info and finding info on people that way or hypothetically some people use csint which is way more advanced and illegal hense why i said hypothetically. An example of this would be a gov mail and u can edr accounts but this is all hypothetical and illegal so yeah.

Just hypothetically search for a method one I know of but dont use is PayPal Logs. you basically follow a step by step text file and login to a paypal account and pay for anything. Dont recommend it thought as its highly illegal and can get u very heavy fines and even jail time.
