Finally Healed
Good news. These last 2 weeks really helped me. My ankle is finally healed. I still lost 3 pounds in the past 2 weeks and stuck to my diet. I start back Friday full speed. Starting my 50 days challenge over again despite doing 20 straight days. Thank you for the support.

Hello. Intermittent Fasting and Carnivore or at last Keto works for me. Also I have been getting 8 to 12 hours of sleep a day. I been eating in a 4 hour window and fasting the other 20 hours. My inflammation went away not eating sugar and little to no carbs. Plus eating that way keeps me full and satisfied. Eggs and Beef Bacon is my best friend. Ribeyes and Chicken thighs my friend.

Day 20
I have been fighting this ankle injury for three weeks and it finally caught up with me. I can hardly put any weight on my right ankle. I have tried compression socks as well. I will take a week's rest and still do my diet and upper body exercise but will start over from Day 1 with the challenge. My ankle looks like Isaiah Thomas's in Game 6 of the 1988 NBA Finals. I am losing my two streaks but will start another one in about a week. It is far from over and it is just a minor setback.

@Emmanuel Fortune Thank you. My ankle is feeling better. I lost about 15 pounds of fluid in 3 days once I got off that cruise ship. I feel 100% better. Alcohol and Sugar got the best of me but I am already back to the weight I was before the cruise. I worked out everyday on the cruise so I knew it would go back down. I am starting to learn more and more about my body and diet.

@K L what is crazy I am down back to 264 pounds. All that fluid I retained came out. Crazy. Healing this ankle.
Update
So I went and had X-Rays done. It was just inflammation like I thought. They told me stay off it a couple of weeks, ice the ankle and elevate it. Focus on upper body in the meantime. Thank God nothing is broken or torn.
