Today my heart is heavy. My heart cried and mourned. My heart longed for my love an ocean away. My heart missed its mate. My heart was sad. How the heart longs for its true other part. Soon my heart will be reconciled with its missing part. Soon we will be whole once again. Soon my love soon. For all the missing husbands and wives serving our country.

@Corey Davis you have expressed something I think so many feel yet are afraid to express. So many times we try to appease others that we lose who we were meant to be.

A Child to a Man You said you would love me forever, I watched you grow each day with joy, You were so little then now look at my big boy, You said mom I won’t leave never. Well son I knew better at the time, You were to little to understand then, Now here we are with wedding bell chime, Oh when boys do grow into men. Go live your life to the fullest, Go make a family of your own, It may get hard but do your best, May I see the seeds I have sown.
