Adorable 🥰
Let's chat
I need your input. I'm wanting to get more of you chatting with each other on here and not just responding to my posts. What kinda topics could I present that you might be more likely to chime in on? The chat is really the most beneficial part of the Life Reframe community.

Creating healthy boundaries not walls
I need your input
I try to plan a few weeks ahead what topics I'll be teaching in my blog articles, social media posts, and livestream. This week I've been talking about th emotional effects caused by being in an emotionally difficult, toxic, or abusive relationship. Please comment here with your ideas of topics you think I should teach in upcoming weeks.

Yes, thank you Dr. Dave. Can you speak on manipulation. I’m a bit naive and gullible. I just believe people, but some people are dishonest and manipulating emotions to always get what they want and not caring about the others welfare.. Love to hear this! Thank you!!
My question for the week
Hey everybody. Here's this week's discussion question: “When someone close to you is upset, what do you instinctively feel responsible to do — and what happens inside you if you don’t?” The theme of my LIVE last night and my posts all week on social media will be related to the emotional effects of being in an unhealthy or toxic relationship. Put your response to this question in the comments. And follow me on social media if you're not already.

I feel responsible to change it, make the boo-boo better. If I can’t, I feel “bad” about myself.
FREE MINI-COURSE: Taking Thoughts Captive
Hello friends. I just dropped a brand new free mini-course that I think will be really beneficial for you all. Please take a look when you get a chance. We all struggle with thoughts that we wish we could block or stop thinking about. Some temperament types literally cannot shut their minds off, no matter how hard they try. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:5, "Take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ." I've taken that scripture and built a short step-by-step teaching, and also an accompanying workheet and journaling guide. Please share with us what God shows you through this teaching.
