Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 2PM EST is always good for me. Plus I'm flexible. I can move back an hour and go later in the evening too. My 2 cents. ]: )
I finally did it!!
I’m SO excited to share my new podcast with you called Polish the Mirror! 🤗 It will be streaming live on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Twitch then uploaded to all the podcast platforms on Thursdays. This episode features my story. My mission in creating this podcast is to offer a safe space for others to share their stories of finding hope through adversity in order to help others as I have. So, as the host, sharing my story first seemed fitting. ☺️ If you or someone you know has polished life’s mirror and found hope in the midst of adversity, please email me at amy@getamyshelp.com to apply (I only have a few openings left so I’ll be building a waiting list soon). It’s available on Spotify and all other platforms except Apple (I’m still waiting for them to approve it). 😃 I’d love for you to give it a listen or view, download it, subscribe, and if you feel it’s worth sharing and a 5-star review, that will help us reach more people with this message of hope and resilience. Thank you for taking the time and effort to support this important mission. I appreciate your support more than you know! 🥹 Listen on Spotify here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/41W1fwpVzrszBxXo3JsE9O?si=ydm0FASSRHehEIS4FZRPkg

Wow! I listened. I had to stop the podcast, when I realized my low point was so close to yours. I pressed play, and I am grateful you found the realization, the choice, then started the process of improving and being part of the inward process. To push those limitations and expand your boundaries as you regained mobility. I found support from my Doctors suggestion, and the long shot visit after hitting rock bottom. I too, face the each day of ocular and vestibular disruptions with a fire in my belly that keeps me going. I am eager to hear more of your episodes. Thank you Miss Amy.

Hello Amy, Dec 27th of 2020, I received a (TBI) Traumatic Brain Injury from an auto crash. I was rear ended at 60+ mph at a red light. He never hit his brakes until after the impact. He was texting. This event forced me to "retire". Still waiting on disability to make a decision, and I refuse to give up. It will all work out and now I get to build a new life. So, I want to podcast short stories of life events, life lessons, and share big ideas in a storytelling format. So much to learn, yet I believe, the harder the work required, the bigger the rewards will be. Have a wonderful evening and I look forward to hearing your next episode. Respectfully, Curt

I can't carry a tune in a bucket! Yet, I have a face for Podcasting and spaghetti western stories to tell. Saddle sores not required.
