Help
I lead a Premier team called Ércmanók, and during our matches, my teammates tilt very quickly. Whenever this happens, I try to keep their mental state together, but it’s just not working. The biggest issue is that while I'm trying to manage their tilt, I completely lose my own focus on the game. Their negativity ends up demoralizing the entire team. No matter how much I try to calm them down, nothing seems to work. My question is: How can I effectively fix and manage their mental game during a match? What specific things should I say to them in those moments, and how can I quickly snap back and regain my own focus right after?

@NeuroShot Valorant Thanks for the advice! To give you more context, here is exactly why they usually tilt: 1. Uncontrollable in-game situations: Most of the time, they tilt over things they can't really control. For example, when the enemy force-buys an Ares in round 2, or when they get spammed and killed through a smoke. They just start complaining and crying about it instead of adapting. 2. The Self-Critic: We have one player who tilts at himself. He starts talking down on his own performance and completely loses his mental game just because he isn't getting enough frags. 3. The Egoist Top Fragger: We also have a player who consistently gets a lot of frags, but he cares way more about his individual stats and performance than playing for the team's success. With this breakdown, how should I handle these three specific types of mindsets both inside and outside the game?

@NeuroShot Valorant Thanks so much for the breakdown, man! This is exactly what I needed. I'll definitely reach out again if I need any more help in the future. Thanks again!
