Tried going to the live but it wants me to have a Microsoft account. Having a tough day. Which I knew would be part of doing this going in. Will keep going one little bit at a time. My mantra lately has been that things worth doing are worth doing badly. I just need to keep doing them and that's how I get better at it all. That's how I build something. Wanted to make sure I left a post since I didn't make it to the live. Not the interaction I was looking for, but a step is a step.
13K Support Emails - Lessons Learned
In this post, a Skool support team member shares 5 key lessons from handling over 13,000 support emails. https://www.skool.com/community/ive-answered-13k-skool-support-emails-here-are-5-lessons-that-ive-learned?p=66a4ac18 These insights are practical for anyone managing a Skool community or looking to streamline their support processes to enhance user experience. The goal is to make communication clear, empower users, and ensure that everyone feels supported and engaged. Would you like to discuss how to implement any of these lessons into your community? Or, is there a specific area where you think more clarity could be helpful?

I think one of my big challanges is making a clear community road map. Emphasis on the clear. I think today is going to be a lot of planning. 🧐

@Michael Bridges for today, mostly. I have a collaboration call today. I'm going to work on some outlines after that. Tomorrow I'm hosting a big holiday zoom and I'll bring what I have to the community 😁
Did my first Zoom!
I think I had 6 people show up, and a lot of enthusiasm! Almost everybody talked, and even turned on their camera, which is big for people with agoraphobia! My group is called Agoraphobia Recovery and Enrichment, and I am encouraging members to lead enrichment classes over zoom. It will both help with the community and could be a path to their own financial freedom. Well one of the women makes these model houses out of Amazon boxes from deliveries, and she's going to do a Christmas themed class! Still have to set up the details bit I am very excited about the progress! Also paid to upgrade my zoom today, but I really think it will be worth it!
Took the plunge (take two)
It's been a long bit since I posted here. I got fired from my nine to five and had to take some time to get my head on straight. But I've been helping people out on an agoraphobia support group, and that's been helping me figure a lot of things out. I took the plunge (take two) and reactivated my account which had been archived after my bank card was changed (long, different story) and I posted in that support group. And I now have 14 members! I need to get my welcome message straight, and see if I can get some one on ones set up, but I am super excited! I Will keep everyone updated on how it goes!

@Chuck Ellis I have another 9 or ten people since this post, and my first zoom set up for this afternoon. I'm gonna need to figure out how to set up one on one's, but I figured group zooms is a good place to start. So much to do!
What are your Skool goals for October?
Mine is to learn from those ahead of me and continue to get a better understanding of the platform. (Will be starting my Skool community soon)

Thank you for this post. I realized while responding I needed to make these more specific for myself! So my goal for today is to do that, and come back to post it by end of day!
