So true! Like right now I want to sit on my couch with coffee and binge watch tv. But I’m going to workout first because ultimately I want to live a healthier lifestyle!

I’ve been loving my deconstructed tostadas. Street taco corn tortillas go in the air fryer until crispy. Then I heat about 4oz of my precooked turkey taco meat sprinkled with cheese. Add 3/4cup of nonfat Greek yogurt with a splash of taco sauce and some shredded lettuce with onion salt. Then I smash it all together and enjoy 🤌
