I just wanted to tell you...
Just because something feels harder than you thought it would… It doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. ❤️ Sometimes the thing we’re building takes more time, more support, more rest, more courage, and more tiny next steps than we expected. And for ADHD brains like ours...usually it takes 2x longer than others. That doesn’t make it a failure. It may simply mean the path is asking us to grow differently than we planned. 🥹 So if today feels messy, slow, emotional, or unfinished… Please remember this: You are still moving. You are still learning. You are still becoming the woman who can hold the life, family, mission, and business you’re building. One compassionate next step still counts. 🤗 I appreciate you. 🙏

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been paying close attention… To how this community has evolved. To your posts and comments To the conversations we’ve had together. And something very clear started to emerge. So I want to name it. 🥰 ———————————————— ✨ Our Shared Cause We are building a way of living where ADHD moms (and dads) can create meaningful work, raise their families, and move forward with direction…using systems rooted in compassion, not pressure. I’d love to know… ❓QUESTION 1: Does this resonate with you? (No pressure—just your honest reaction. Even a “yes,” “kind of,” or “not quite” helps.) ————————————————— 🧭 My Reason For Our Shared Cause As I reflected on everything you’ve shared, I noticed that even though we’re all in different stages… We’re moving through the SAME patterns: • Overwhelm → Direction • Self-Doubt → Self-Trust • Isolation → Shared Momentum • Information → Execution • Pressure → Compassion-Based Systems So I turned this into a simple visual using ChatGPT (see below 👇) 💛 How to use this: This isn’t something to “complete.” It’s a gentle reminder you can print + tape on your mirror (or a place you can see it frequently). The reminder is this: It’s something we move through—again and again—and that’s okay because we do it with more awareness and ease each time. 🥰 ——————————————— ❓QUESTION 2: Which part of this path are you in today? @Katherine Lizardo What helped me move forward to shared momentum was finally realizing I didn’t have to do everything alone.Being in a community where people are learning, building, and showing up together gave me direction and accountability. I started taking small daily actions instead of waiting for perfect conditions. Momentum came from connection, consistency, and believing that progress — even messy progress — still counts.

🤖 AI: How to Use Claude Memory (and Why It Changes Everything)
If you’ve ever felt like you’re starting from scratch every time you open AI…this is the shift. Claude has Memory—which means it can remember your past conversations and connect the dots for you over time.🥳 💡 Not just answers…continuity. *This rolled out to all Claude users (including Free tier) last March 2026. -------------------------------- WHY THIS MATTERS FOR US ADHD MOMPRENEURS We already hold a lot in our heads—business ideas, family needs, random notes, half-finished plans… 👉 Memory turns Claude into a place where your thoughts can live and build, instead of getting lost.🥰 So instead of: “Wait…what was I doing again?” 😖 You can ask: ✔️ “What have I been working on lately?” ✔️ “Summarize my ideas from last week.” ✔️ “Help me continue that project.” -------------------------------- 🪙SAVE TOKENS: Using Claude Memory generally saves tokens compared to manually repeating context in every new chat. 💃💃💃 Quick explanation: Tokens are basically how AI reads and processes text (think: words + pieces of words). More tokens = more input = more “cost” in time, energy, and limits. (and remember—AI is processing all of that, which takes real electricity and energy behind the scenes⚡️) By storing essential context like… ✔️ Project details ✔️ Coding standards ✔️ Personal preferences …in a persistent memory layer, you eliminate the need to paste large blocks of text into every session. 👉 Less repeating 👉 Less mental load 👉 More space to actually think and create That’s a time saver ⌛ and an energy saver for our ADHD brains. 🧠 👉 This aligns perfectly with our philosophy: “What would make this simpler?” -------------------------------- How to use it (super simple) 1. Go to Settings → Capabilities 2. Turn ON “Search and reference past chats” 3. Start using prompts like: “Continue where we left off…” “What did we decide about…” “Pull together everything we discussed on…” That’s it. -------------------------------- THE SHIFT: We’re not using AI just for quick answers anymore.

Happy Friday, my Thriving friends! I was DM-ing with one of our members about this, and I thought you might find it helpful as well. 🔴 If you're trying to understand your ADHD better, I invite you to watch this. This is a podcast interview I did a year ago with a wonderful journalist...also named Katherine🥰...specifically Katherine Ellison, a Pulitzer Prized-Winning Journalist who has ADHD herself. I was honored to be interviewed by someone like her in support of a non-profit organization called FindtheADHDgirls. Their mission is to help girls with ADHD get identified and supported before age 8. When you have 27 minutes, watch it at 1.5x speed (to save time) (I do that, too!). What you'll get from the personal stories I share in this podcast: 1. "Odd" feelings and symptoms of ADHD and Depression 2. The deeper meaning behind "hitting a wall" with your lack of diagnosis late in life 3. The connection between ADHD and female hormones, menstruation, perimenopause, menopause, and other drastic hormonal changes in a female's life cycle After you watch it, I'd love to know what resonated with you. @Katherine Lizardo Thank you so much for sharing that with us here! I need to get a grip on my medication situation because I stopped taking Zoloft and stopped taking to the Dr because of my insurance. I am ok these days! I could probably do a lot better if I had the right system in place. Like, Drs and medication. I loved when you said “it is what it is” 🙏❤️💯🎯🥰🌹
