Need help learning to reconstitute. I purchased Tirz 60 mg and would like to take 5 mg a week. Suggestions for where to find the best conversion charts or calculators?

Tirz
I switched from monjoro 5mg to tirz. Is it normal to not have any effects at all? have felt like I was starving all week. I had even took 7.5mg last week. Should I up the dose this week?

Maybe change injection site and see if that makes a difference.
