the pressure of having kids or getting married CURE...
Have any of you ever felt pressure to have kids or to get married and found yourself resisting the process, and then had a shift that allowed you to let go and then you felt more free? Also, have any of you made that shift and then also had kids or found your person? Share below your stories and insights! I was talking to a friend of mine who feels the pressure to have kids and was helping her get to the core of the desire and energy. I personally don't feel this pressure but many people do at a certain age and especially women. what shifted for you? I'd love to read them. I'm making a video on this right now, and I'd love to share your insights with the audience to help people also your shares will inspire others in the comments!

I fell in love with my wife 19 years ago when I asked her if she wanted kids… She responded… Oh, hell No. I knew she was the one.☝️ 😁
Do you believe You Can?
On this Good FriYaY. I wanted to share a way to change your negative thoughts and beliefs into something positive. To discover limiting beliefs that are holding you back from reaching your goals. This is something else I found interesting from the book Unstoppable Mindset. The steps for changing a belief ICAN I. Identify C. Challenge A. Assess N. Neutralize Identify-> learn what you want to change. Discover the belief holding you back. 2 techniques to discover limiting beliefs 1. 5 why’s: ask yourself 5 questions starting with why to get to the root cause of a problem. One question leads to another which leads to the real problem. 2. Triangulation: to help identify a new belief that helps you reach your goal. Ask 3 people you trust who know something about the goal you want to achieve. Form a goal team and ask them for advice on what and how you can achieve the goal. Ask them about their beliefs on how they did what they did. Challenge. Fear is a constant emotion when overcoming limiting beliefs. There are 2 basic fears. The fear of staying put and the fear of moving forward. The goal is to make the fear of staying put greater than the fear of moving forward. Confront the fear associated with the belief you want to change. Challenge the original premise of the existing belief. Make decisions not based on fear but on the life you want in the future. Assess. Assess progress. Measure your progress. Find progress in your actions to empower your new belief. Measure how well your daily action are performing to reaching your goals. Find an accountability partner to help measure success. Neutralize. Thought we attach to determine our direction over time. Use affirmations to flip a limiting belief into an empowering belief. Use I AM statements such as I am becoming my best self. I am healthy and pain free. I am good enough to do anything I want. What can I do to make this affirmation true in this moment. Have a blessed weekend. Stay healthy my friends

🌸 How Stress Messed With My Body
Back in 2023, stress was nonstop for me 😅. I was snapping at people, feeling drained, and my endo symptoms were acting up worse than ever. It was a tough wake-up call: stress wasn’t just in my head it was affecting my body and relationships too. Now, after learning to pause, prep, and prioritize calm, I finally feel the balance returning. ✨ Have you ever noticed stress making your body or relationships worse? What’s one tiny thing you could do today to ease it?

Calm Isn’t Luck.
It’s not luck that some people glide through their days without stress it’s how they structure their time. 🌿Calm people aren’t doing more; they’re reacting less. They build buffers, prep the night before, and do one meaningful morning task before distractions hijack their focus. One calendar, one list, one focus that’s their secret. Stress fades when your systems stop fighting your body. 💬: If you could change one part of your daily routine to react less and lead more, what would it be?

I’m practicing my focus. With greater focus anywhere can be distraction free. At the moment it’s 2 hours of deep work 10-12 at 4-25 minute intervals

From Anxiety to Action
Let’s be honest. Feeling “stuck” isn’t usually about your body. It’s your mind that’s trapped. Too much thinking. Too much sitting. Too much scrolling. And boom—anxiety. @‌realfunwow nails it: “Anxiety is what happens when energy has nowhere to go. Move your body, bitch.” It doesn’t need to be perfect: - Take a walk - Step into the fresh air - Move however your body wants You might be surprised how much lighter your mind feels afterward. When you feel overwhelmed, what’s your go-to move? Let’s hear it 👇

Walk in the wood or on the beach. Hit the weights. Landscape and garden. Those all help me when I need to move.
