Protein Shakes
I am struggling with where to begin on protein shakes. Are there recommendations for a good brand? Anything I should make sure is/isn’t in the powder?

I use the Fairlife chocolate after class. I also have used the powder when I have time to blend. I have used Clean Eats & Ryze (sp)
