Last night Beljan mentioned how he doesn't like to use a percentage for your swing due to an increased risk in deceleration. This is how I approach it mentally. The transition into the downswing shall be made at the same tempo of the backswing, and the speed is increased with the hands releasing from the top (about the only thing Charlie did address in my swing was my release) The slow body fast hands thought process has helped me out tremendously, along with 90% of my range time using nothing more than a PW or choked down 9i.
