For most of my life, I wasn’t financially literate. I thought saving money in the bank was enough, but over time I realised I was losing more to inflation than I was gaining in interest. When I first started investing, I made mistake after mistake — chasing hype, buying into the wrong stocks, and ignoring the importance of risk management. My lack of knowledge cost me time, money, and confidence. It wasn’t until I committed myself to learning — studying markets, reading books, analysing charts, and testing strategies — that things began to change. The journey wasn’t quick or easy. It took years of failure, setbacks, and self-reflection before I became consistent. But eventually, through discipline and persistence, I built the skills to become a profitable investor and trader. Now, I no longer view the markets as a gamble or something to fear. I see them as a system that can be understood, navigated, and used as a tool for financial freedom. My goal today is simple: to share what I’ve learned so others don’t have to go through the same mistakes I did. If I can help someone avoid the pitfalls, shorten their learning curve, and build confidence in their financial journey, then my struggles will have been worth it.
