Big Celebration To All The Bros
To the men who stepped in This is a moment of acknowledgment. Ten days. Ten challenges. Ten chances to show up with courage, clarity, and commitment. To those of you who made it to the end: well done. It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t meant to be. You’ve walked through resistance, discomfort, and doubt and still chose to lean in. I see you. To those who didn’t complete the challenge, this isn’t about shame. But it is about truth. You said yes to something—and somewhere along the way, the fire dimmed. So I ask you to reflect: What happened? What story did you tell yourself? Where else in your life does that pattern play out? Let us know in the comments. If you’re brave enough to answer these questions honestly, the challenge is still working on you. That is the work. I’ll be keeping the challenge open until the end of the week. This is your window to complete it. Not for me. Not for the group. For you. For the man who said yes—and wants to mean it.

I tried to complete the challenges to the best of my ability, i wasn't fully aware that the challenge had begun and so missed the first couple days, tried to give it my all while i was present, but ultimately couldn't prioritize this high enough in the last couple of days to complete it. Starting late was somewhat demoralizing because it felt like everyone was already flowing. Grateful to have participated when i could
DAY 7 - Who Needs More Of You
Who in your life needs more of you right now and how are you showing up for them today?

Very interesting that my answer is basically the same from Day 6. My children (4 & 2) are who needs more of me. In this instance they need more of the best me (quality over quantity). Moving forward i am going to show up for them committed to being the most loving and patient father i can be and that they deserve.
DAY 6 - Are You In Integrity?
Where are you out of alignment with who you say you are? What action are you taking today to come back into integrity?

I am most out of alignment with how i show up for my children sometimes, i claim to be a calm, easy going person, but there are too many times where i dont always have the patience to show up for them the way that i show up for patients all the time at work, AND more importantly they way that young children deserve! Too often i have gotten frustrated with them if i cant stop or contain their emotions, (the fixer mask) when all they need is my presence to support them and be there for them while they are experiencing their big emotions. I am taking action to create space for my children and their emotions knowing that they arent getting upset because they are mad at me. I am showing up for them in their times of deepest upset in order to rebuild trust with them. The cycle is being broken!
DAY 5 - Activating My Potential
What % of your potential are you claiming for yourself? Where are you most out of alignment with your potential? What is it in the way of you doing something about it?

@Markwell ThatGuy i definitely misinterpreted the intention of this question, edited Response incoming...

@Markwell ThatGuy the realist answer is that i want to claim 100% of my potential, i have to acknowledge and be okay with the fact that i may very well have some limiting factors in my life, but even the face of those i want to claim 100% of what is available to me and learn how to be more stoked about it! Learning to embody the gain mindset instead of the gap mindset!
