My market analysis is all over the place. Venue pricing in my area is not consistent. However I did a search in the next closest city and the prices are consistent with mine.

I’m thinking about running a 5-Day Marketing Sprint where we lock in on ONE event type and go ALL IN on marketing it for a full week.
