Guitar Players, DAW Users, Desk Chairs? Desks?
Question for Guitar Players! What model of Desk Chairs work good for Guitar Players and Home Studio owners. I had an office chair where the arms folded up that worked well...but it just took a dump! Are people using gaming chairs, office chairs? What work good for you? If you have a very small space for your studio setup....what are you using for your desk/work station?

Yea, I have a sort of gaming chair, you can see it in the Introduction post photo I left. The arms fold up so I use it for being comfortable at the laptop or for playing at times too. Then recently I purchased a guitar stool to use too as I found my posture whilst playing in the chair was awful so using the stool encourages me to sit better, although I do have a habit of hunching forward over the guitar a bit πŸ™„
Your DAW of choice
So in the vein of trying to help out those getting into recording...one of the first questions that most people have is "Which DAW should I use?" Mainly for the more experienced guys to give the newer people some insight...what DAW are you using, and more importantly, WHY?

I used Audacity in the early days, don't think that really classes as a DAW but quickly moved to Reaper. I thought about trying Ableton but I don't really want the learning curve again

@Nic Svensson hi Nic, and I think what originally drew me to Reaper was that there a plenty of good Kenny Gioia tutorials and they're always being added.
Hi From Great Southern Land
Hi All, I'm in SW Western Australia. I've been learning Guitar, Music Theory etc for about 2-3 years now along with recording and all things musicπŸ™„. I've converted a bedroom into a Music Room which is great to shut myself away for hours πŸ˜„πŸŽΈ Looking forward to learning some better home recording techniques.

@Mark Tiarra bit of a fan 😁
What seems to be the biggest obstacle for you?
I was chatting with Mark and we would love to know, in your music journey, right now what is the biggest obstacle that seems to get in your way?
