@Natacha Desroches Natacha, first off deep breath. Every one is a medium it's just the the mind that needs the training. Your mediumship works through you as the human. If the body is tense, even trying too hard it will always impact your ability connect and know for sure if your experience is genuine. Spirit will often use the imagination to talk with you so the experience with the dog, the fact the picture came out of nowhere, that was them. Now what did that dog mean? Sit with the thoughts and feeling that came up for you. Those are messages! Go through the exercises over and over, at your pace, no rushing no pressure. Enjoy the journey. You're doing great!
