What are your weekly goals?
For me personally my week looks like: 1. Delivering another valuable call with the live cohort 2. Financial health check + self assessment. Always dread doing self assessment but this time i want to feel fully comfortable and clear with my position within the businesses im helping and personal tax. 3. 5 days of fasting and 5 workouts Post your goals for some accountability!

My 3 main goals this week 1: Action our list that was set today for this week . 2: Manage and forecast this months Business spend. 3:Personally to get 4 training sessions minimum this week, nutrition 80:20 approach, sleep 7 hours sleep per night

Review the action list tomorrow/Thursday with Sara. Review summary end manage list next week. Create windows for training& proper nutrition prep- stick to them/ keep them time bound. Use whoop to track sleep.
