Guys I need some advice here. I've had triple the amount of inquiries than I did last year so im getting calls. My close rate is terrible though. My interactions are great and I usually can provide a quote within an hour of getting off of the phone. Every single customer comes back with the same thing saying im too expensive. I offer 3 rates...labor only if you have your own c9 lights (6/ft install and takedown), 1 year lease with my lights ( 12/ft), 3 year lease (10/ft). Are these numbers not in the average market price? I just launched an ad campaign on Facebook so hoping that helps
