Written test score good for two years that covers general SOP knowledge, constitutional law, and a book review. Structured oral interview, seniority, education/military credits, and command endorsements. Usually the #1 finisher gets the job but Superintendent can pick out of the top three.

Round 2 . A group of troopers used to do the Concept 2 January Challenge for several years. Row as many meters you can in a month. Great machine I love to hate 😊

This inspired me to find a poem to send to my 16 year old daughter who’s been struggling with stress and feeling like there’s not enough time in the day for everything she’s involved in. It’s called DON’T QUIT by John Greenleaf Whittier.
