Yesterday I was on the golf course at Networking golf day when I got this booking come through 14 nights for £2000 ish that property is more than Broke even now and I don’t have to worry about it. Also with 2 weeks to stock up on profit. After speaking to the guest about this inquiry turns out they are working in the area until Christmas and have only been booking accommodation in small chunks as I thought it would be better price wise. We know they are wrong, but people don’t always know about how our business works so this two week booking may turn into a 5 month booking. It’s not rocket science.
