How many days a week and far how long high schools kids training
Curious what everyone else is doing as far as hitting programs? Number of days hitting and how long or how many reps per session..

I’m hitting 6 days a week and working with some type of tee and soft toss everyday and mixing in some machine lobe work about 2 days a week as we’re getting closer to season

I’m sure the catcher would like some words with him in the locker room after the game lol. But you would think they would bring him in and say anything like this never happen again, or you’re getting released because that toxic behavior is never going to bring the team together
