@Ebun Scott Nice to meet you Ebun. I'm not sure I'm experienced enough to give anyone a tip at this point! Only thing that occurs to me is I prefer not to get involved in something too management intensive or where I don't have experience, but instead invest the time on finding the absolute best BTL deals I can (i.e. the numbers work all day long), which means they largely take care of themselves after that. However I know others prefer a more time intensive strategy that can increase their cash flows. A matter of preference I suppose
