Awesome Camden!
How can I be more consistent?
Hey goalies, Ive been struggling to stay consistent with stretching daily and encouraging myself to do extra and not just whats expected from people. Does anyone have anything that helped them stay encouraged and consistent when building habits like this? Anything helps! Thanks!

@Camden Barlow Great question. For me, it always comes back to my WHY. Why do you play? Why does your development matter to you? Your WHY has to be strong enough that it pulls you in the right direction, even on the days you don’t feel like doing the extra. Stretching isn’t exciting, and it doesn’t give you instant results. But it’s one of those things that quietly separates goalies who keep improving from goalies who stay the same. When you remind yourself of the bigger reason you play, those little habits feel more meaningful, and they’re easier to stick with. Start small, stay consistent, and reconnect with your WHY every time you feel yourself slipping. It really does make a difference.
NEW MONTH - NEW OPPORTUNITIES
New week, new month, new opportunities. December is a great time to tighten things up and head into the new year with some momentum. Take a minute today and set one or two clear goals for this month. Could be mindset, execution, tracking, routines, whatever you feel will move your game forward. Drop them in the comments so the group can stay accountable and support each other. My goal for December is focus. Present-moment focus. Being fully locked in during practice, games, and daily life, and limiting the distractions that pull me away from the moment. Looking forward to seeing what you guys are aiming for. Let’s make December count.
