I wanted to take a moment to personally thank everyone who joined today’s Zoom session. Having the opportunity to teach, connect, and talk with our athletes about important topics beyond physical reps is something I truly value. As I get older, I’ve come to appreciate these moments even more. Being able to slow things down and speak to athletes about mindset, preparation, and understanding the game—topics that our practice time doesn’t always allow us to fully execute—is both gratifying and fulfilling. Our sport is a tough one. It challenges athletes mentally just as much as it does physically. Creating space to talk through these subjects, ask questions, and think the game together is something I’m passionate about, and today’s session reinforced why. To everyone who showed up—thank you.
