O2 sats dropping, BP dropping no lines to give vasopressors, post op surgery patients becoming septic. Get the crash cart, insert IV lines until a doc can insert a TLC and ready for intubation. Then the code begins after Etomidate, roc and fentanyl propefol are given. Jeez.
