Just completed my test and I am pleasantly surprised with the times.

Today I did ParkRun. 30 sec Run: 2 min Walk x 18 After 2 weeks at this level it felt very comfortable. I was wishing the walk timer would "Hurry Up" so I could get on with my Run interval. So I'll move on to Level 8. Progress. Also learning to pace my progression which is 1. Where I've come unstuck before and 2. Difficult for me. Striver mindset. We're in another heatwave at present with 40 degree maximum x 3 days.🥵
