What I do: review and evaluate collateral to identify any potential risk and determine the best possible structure and strategy for the deal. — but I've also sat in processing, closing, underwriting, and draws, so I've seen what it actually takes to get a file across the line. What I'm here to build: more knowledge and information I can put to use, new people to learn from, and a hand to lend wherever it's useful.
