When was a time you wanted instant results, but had to wait? How does your dough teach you patience? Today, let’s savor the rise🤪. Just like our dough, we grow stronger with time and trust. What slow rise are you learning from today?
It forces me to slow down which is what I like about it. But it’s also why I bake several things at once so I still stay busy and have some sense of gratification as I go when things are finished/ready lol
These are this weekends bakes. All made with my Lievito madre. A white sourdough batard, two Shokupan, a blueberry focaccia and an enriched apple cranberry spice bread.
