After an incredible week in the magical West of Ireland, more specifically the Cliffs of Moher, we’ve just completed our Advanced Breath, Somatic & Embodiment Training with an incredible group of practitioners from Ireland, the USA & the UK. This week was about so much more than learning new techniques. It was a deep immersion into mastery, embodied leadership, trauma-informed facilitation & creating even more impactful spaces, whether that’s through group experiences, retreats, corporate settings or 1:1 work. Alongside this, we explored the business of this work & how to continue rippling it out into the world with confidence, integrity & care. These experiences are beyond special & we cannot wait to witness the growth, confidence & expansion of each practitioner over the coming months. 💚

We hosted our first ReWild Social Event at AlignWellness in Dublin, Ireland last Thursday evening for our graduates. We had a night of guided Breathwork in the sauna/cold plunges guided by yours truly & lots of laughs & connection. We nerded out on all things breath, business & collaboration. This is what we will build more of in our community, it's just the start! Thank you all for being a part of it. Where should we have our next social!??!?!?
