So you are getting a little insight into how my mind works when I create custom jewelry 😅 A customer wanted 2 heavily textured silver wedding bands with an engraving on the inside. I had been thinking about the texture for a while because I didn’t want to do something that’s done all the time, by so many jewelers. I finally came up with the idea of texturing the silver on the street in front of my house. The neighbors probably thought I lost my mind 🙃 I gave the saying “pounding the pavement” a new meaning 🤣 Anyway then I go into my shop and I look at the engraving again. ‘whichever road you choose I’ll go’ 🤯 ok now I know why my intuition nudged me to use the texture of a road 😊🥰

Amazing! Love how you roll...connected for sure ✨
G'day from Byron Bay
G'day and thank you for welcoming to this beautiful group. My friend @Corrie Bignell invited me after telling me how amazing everyone here is, and how we are definitely among like minds. I wasn't sure if men were allowed—but assuming it must be okay because my request to join was accepted 🙏 I am a married father of 3 spectacular girls, 9,14 and 15 almost 16. My wife and I have been together over 20 years and from day one have shared a love of natural health, creativity, and free-living. She was a shiatsu practitioner when me met and I was a musician and writer. I am still writing but have been a full-time coach/healing frequency hypnotherapist since 2020 as well. Shivambu came into my life around 2022. It is not a daily practice for me, though I will 'test the waters' quite often, to gauge my acid levels mostly. Excited to see where the discussions lead. Signing off on my first post with a prayer you might have already heard...Ho'oponopono: I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, 💛

Shamanic Drumming Dragon Journey, pt 2
Yesterday, I both started and ended the day with an ugly cry. Full tears, full body weep, full emotional throws; I woke up early, before the kids, to grief I apparently needed to release... My dream just prior had me begging each family member of origin to love me (this is an older brother, a younger sister, both parents, two grandmothers, and finally ending with my beloved grandpa and his wife). Each time, I gave them my full heart, and slowly, one by one, they refused it. Each rejection represented a dagger I have lived in real time, but I guess in my dream, I was only only meant to re-live the emotional part (or perhaps really FEEL it as real for the first time). When it finally came down to my grandpa, a fun-loving Gemini who has had the capacity to understand me as an Aquarius, and whom I remember having really deep conversations with at 5 years old about time and space, and who seemingly always delighted in my thoughts, I gave it my all in a plead for love so heartfelt, but also so painfully desperate... In my dreams, I begged him to let me love him, and for him to choose me back, and without saying much, he simply shook his head NO. Without arguing, I bowed, respected his decision, and though I was incredibly sad, it wasn't all surprising... I guess I always knew this was where he stood, kind of thing. But what was my undoing to the flood gates that opened when I woke up, was that on my way up the stairs and out of their house, I heard his wife say to him, "wow, she really took forever to leave...", and he agreed with her. I cried in my dreams sobs that never seemed to end, and in the same moment, I was on a mountainous hike, and all of the hikers moved out of my way, scared of me... as I hiked and cried, each one looked at me like I was a disgusting or confusing troll, sans comfort, all rejection. I ended up at a bus stop, just prior to waking up with a body soaked in grief, and I found myself inpatient to get on the bus. Instead of boarding the bus to ANYWHERE GET ME THE FUCK OUT OF HERE, I was stuck behind a passenger who was doing some slight-of-hand card trick for the driver, as he was giving him his bus ticket... In my heartbreak, I just wanted to find my seat and cry, but I had to watch these two unfortunate looking men jovially chatting about something really stupid and probably really dumb... quit with your banter and let me on the bus...

Dragons & Ravens & Wolves… oh my!
This beautiful community of souls is pure magic… and yesterday was just more of that for me. Allow me to me explain and openly reflect: During our last Sparkly Dragon Social Hour, I shared a paranormal experience I had on our property that unbeknownst to me at the time is actually a phenomenon known as “Dragon’s Breath” in various dragon folklore. Without sharing the full story or going in to full details, essentially I felt trapped in a time-space distortion, and the sounds of the 10+ eagles one by one dropping from the peak of a tree sounded like big massive dragon wings flapping all around us (me, Mango and Maui, who were somewhat frozen in a line and unable to move), and when the heat came… hot wind from behind me in conjunction with the sound of GIGANTIC growling bear (dragon?)… I panicked. I ran, without the frozen dogs, back down the hill and without looking behind me… If it was a hot air breathing bear, I just wanted to live and see my kids again… But I got about halfway down the hill and stopped. Immediately, I was overcome by guilt and shame… I felt I had failed some kind of test or initiation. I ran back up to the eagle tree (they had all flown away by this time) and the dogs were back to their usual state of passively circling me and exploring their own curiosities within the woods. No matter how hard I hugged that tree, or resumed my exact position between the mossy rocks, it was all gone… Time was normal again. There was no distortion or bending or absence of time and space, and I went back to the house and kids feeling like a failure… I didn’t initially know what to make of this. Half carrying guilt and shame, half still scared of WTF JUST HAPPENED, I suggested to everyone around me that something dragon and something “crazy” just happened, but the words and my sense of reality didn’t add up. I mostly kept it to myself. I never shared on Instagram, but instead with a small select few who I knew would just listen. The context came later, as the folklore “dragon’s breath” came in to my awareness, and with all the words and context to provide my own experience with my own credibility… I’m not crazy! And I was completely sober and without any mind altering substances, to boot. So it was as “real” as it gets.

Tomorrow I begin my second looping fast. This time, I'm doing the Fruit Loop Fast, and I'm ridiculously excited about all the fresh fruit I get to eat. It feels abundant, nourishing, and exactly what my body is calling for. What makes this journey different from my previous urine looping fast is that I've made what feels like the biggest decision of all. I've stopped taking Synthroid. I've taken 150 mcg every day since 2005, after my thyroid was removed because of cancer. I also received two rounds of radioactive iodine. As a nurse for 20 years, I never would have imagined making a decision like this. It simply wasn't something I believed was possible! (fear & guilt) Then COVID happened. I lost my career, my identity shifted, and I began questioning everything I had been taught. Little by little, I stopped outsourcing my health and started learning to trust my own body. That path has led me here. At 48.5 years old, I'm in the best physical shape of my life. More importantly, I feel deeply connected to my body since drastically changing my life, moving to a foreign country, living in paradise. Two years ago, Amanda Vollmer's podcast came on by complete chance. She was talking about urine therapy, and something inside me immediately said, "This makes sense." Twenty minutes later, I drank my first glass. Shortly afterward, I called my Aussie friend and told him what I'd done. To my surprise, he had been practicing urine therapy himself. Another sign that I was exactly where I needed to be. About two weeks into practicing urine therapy, I was bitten by a spider. The bite became severe over the next few days—hot, swollen, hard, and changing into cellulitis. Instead of antibiotics, I used urine-soaked gauze on the wound. The photo below was taken after a few days of treatment. The inflammation had dramatically reduced, the heat was gone, and my leg continued to heal. I still carry the scar, but I'm incredibly grateful for that experience because it strengthened my trust in what my body is capable of.
