Who's your neighbour? 🗺️👀
We’ve had so many new coaches join recently, so let’s see who your new neighbours are. Head to the map here Then tag the person who lives closest to you, and say hello in the comments 👋 Excited to see who connects 🥰

Look like I have a lot of neighbors here. The close to the Tampa, Florida Crew. 🏝️😊 @Kim Bociek @Richetta Blackmon @Melissa Herrera @Desiree Burr @Luz Miller @Michelle Freeman @Jan S @Maria Gomaa
Thank you for the Level 2 & 3 gifts!
If you haven’t checked it out yet, I recommend you do. Some solid coaching templates that can help your clients create transformation and add more value to your coaching offers. 😊 My favorite is the Feelings Wheel. Helping our clients identify those feelings, understand what’s behind them, and work through them can create real and lasting breakthroughs. I plan on using the Feelings Wheel with clients who know they need to sell, follow up, reach out, or put themselves out there, but "something" keeps stopping them. Thanks, @Miri Campbell for the great resources.

How’s your client onboarding?
We spend so much time thinking about how to attract clients and get them to say yes, but what happens once they do? When someone signs up to work with you, do you have a set process that takes them from becoming a client to their first session, or has your onboarding just developed naturally as your business has grown? How would you describe your client onboarding?

I do all my enrollment on a call and then transition into next steps after they say yes. How are you getting your enrollments, @Marla Chaffin

@Marla Chaffin oh okay. It does take some time for communities to pick up steam.
Newbie question: Are recordings and/or transcripts required?
I was under the impression that I need to keep a transcript in case of any repercussions. I've included it in my client agreement but I personally don't want to record or transcribe the sessions. Thank you for the advice!

@Lisa Tang I don't feel recordings and/or transcripts required. I find it's quite helpful and having them allow me to be more present on the call, and note worrying about taking note. But it may depend on the type of coaching you're doing and the sensitive information that is being shared.

You're welcome, @Lisa Tang
What happens after a client says YES? 👀
You’ve had the sales call conversation and your client wants to work with you 👏 So what happens next in your business? 👀 I think we spend a LOT of time thinking about how to get someone to the point where they say yes... But then much less time thinking about what happens immediately afterwards. - Do they get a welcome email? - A questionnaire? - Something explaining how everything works? - Something to prepare them for their first session? - Do you have a set process you follow every time or does it depend on the client? What’s the very first thing that happens in YOUR business after someone becomes a client? I’d love to know 👇
