I’ve been a bit quiet here lately — not because I’ve lost interest, but because I’ve been unwell and needed to pause, rest, and recalibrate. Thank you for your patience while I’ve been offline. It’s not always easy to step back, but it’s necessary sometimes, and I’m learning to honour that without guilt. That said… I’m back. Tender, grateful, and ready to reconnect. Im off for a swim, then walk into town for a haircut! Then ironing and packing while watching the women's Rugby Cup Final! Tomorrow hopefully swim then a nice walk Weather depending 7 days to go.
