Getting a lot of pressure from my social riding group to move to an e-mtb. Currently riding a Banshee Titan Enduro bike and wondering what bike makes the most sense for a mid-travel (130-150) SL type e-mtb. Also which motors should I consider or stay away from?

Considering the move to electronic shifting. Is AXS worth the money? What are the advantages/disadvantages.
