i finally finished EVERY assignment I had, and cleared my plate for the first time in a while after a couple months with missing assignments and procrastination, nows the time to lock back in

I did pretty good at the meet on saturday came home with two medals I ran a pretty much perfect 400, and did good in jumps I consider is a success

EAT 3 meals/day SLEEP 8 hours/ night put my phone away in class wait until saturday to watch invincible prepare for bio with review outlines

i won triple jump yesterday at the meet finally figured out my technique
