Air cooled or Hydro
I have air cooled S21 XPs and S21 Pros and a few S21 XP Hydo units. I'm planning on all hydro going forward as I think the units will last longer and seem to have less down time so far. Anyone else have similar thoughts? Also waiting for the SealMiner A4 series to hit the market.

So your average efficiency is <15j/T? Sounds like a cool set up! In my experience the hydros are lower maintenance and for that reason they may have more longevity. 🌊 Hopefully those machines can stay efficient well into the next halving epoch. Until then we have a lot of BTC to mine! ⛏️
~185 EXAHASH gone from the network ⚡️
About ~185 EXAHASH has unplugged within the last 8 months 🔌 That's an equivalent of ~925,000 S21 units at 200T each, or 3.33 gigawatts of power. Much of that has pivoted to AI and will never return to the #Bitcoin network. Yet here we are: 40% through the current difficulty epoch, another negative adjustment is expected (−2.46%). That means more #BTC rewards for efficient miners who stay online. #proofofwork

Mining Monday: Hash Highlight! 🔥
Hashrate has finally ripped back to a zettahash. Miners are hurting and Strategy's clock is ticking. This week I break down exactly where we are: Today we cover: - ETF holders are sitting on ~25% unrealized losses with $1.8B in outflows last week alone. - Most miners are hashing underwater right now. We retested all-time lows in mining revenue at $27/PH/day. The exception: S21 XP at 5.6¢/kWh is still printing BTC at ~$44K cost of production. - 7.15% difficulty increase - squeezing margins again. - Strategy has 9.8 months of USD cash coverage on preferred dividends. STRC is trading at $75 (should be $100). Market is playing chicken with Saylor. The ROI looks terrible right now. That's usually the signal. Watch the full breakdown . 👇 Any questions regarding the current market conditions miners are facing? *Numbers subject to change. Not financial advice.

UPDATE: Strategy Announced Major Changes Jun 29, 2026 This video was shot yesterday. The day after, Strategy dropped a significant capital framework announcement that directly updates several points covered here. Cash reserve Strategy confirmed the USD Reserve is $2.55B as of June 28, including unsettled ATM proceeds. Coverage extended Today’s announcement guides to 17.4 months of coverage on cash alone, and 25.9 months when combined with $1.25B of Board-authorized BTC monetization capacity. $1B preferred stock buyback authorized Strategy can now repurchase STRC, STRF, STRD, and STRK at market. STRC is the stated priority. $1B MSTR common stock buyback authorized First time a common stock repurchase has been authorized. Management confirmed common equity issuance will be disciplined at or near mNAV 1 — consistent with what I outlined in the video. BTC Monetization Program Board formally authorized BTC sales for three purposes: fund the USD Reserve up to $1.25B, cover dividends and interest when more advantageous than issuing equity, and fund buybacks. First formal confirmation BTC sales are a deliberate capital tool, not a forced last resort. The market pressured Strategy’s prefs all week — the day after this video, they responded with a full capital management framework. Covering more in in the next video. How soon will MSTR resume buying more Bitcoin than miners can mine? Happy Monday Miners. ⛏️ Bitcoin's ~50% off the ATH and hashprice is retesting lows. Today we cover: - Inefficient operators are still unplugging as Hashprice is back near $28/PH. - S21 XPs @ 7¢/kWh are still producing BTC under spot. - Boomer ETFs bled ~$5.8B; avg cost basis (~$83K) now underwater! - Difficulty adjustment (est. June 14) currently tracking ~−10%. A pay raise for everyone still hashing. Paper hands are exiting. Efficient miners are still stacking at a discount. 👇 Any questions regarding the current market conditions miners are facing? *7¢/kWh assumes a competitive hosting rate. Numbers subject to change. Happy Monday Miners. ⛏️ This week we cover why Bitcoin Miners are reading the wrong chart. In USD, hashprice looks dead (~$5 off the February low). But in BTC terms, you're earning over 10% MORE sats per petahash than at the November hashrate peak. Why? ~20% of the network's hashrate came offline (1,117 → 894 EH/s), difficulty dropped, and so the efficient operators still online are getting rewarded with more BTC for the same machines. 👇 Comment below, are you mining for dollars or for Bitcoin?
